The formative years of the company was in 1952 that was started by Jayantilal’s father and uncle.

He strives hard to maintain the technology remains at the core of his innovations while helping and creating great experience dealing with customers (like hospitals and large research institutes) and patients directly. He has been instrumental in the launch of a Captive Technology Company – VHS Logitech Which has been designed to create unique solutions for Supply Chain management - Cold Chain for Pharma industry (manufacturers and distribution companies). The product of this captive deals with Logistics solutions based on QR codes. IOT devices (both for land and air cargo) for cold chain logistics and instrumental live data available for tracking end to end cycle of the product. He has also ventured in medical devices business “Robomed” a one kind of technique, and is imported form US, Europe, Israel, Taiwan, South Korea etc. for distribution across India. He recently spear headed the change in business where the company started to work with chain of hospitals (HCG Group) with a unique model of “Single Vendor Option” for all their hospital chain which eventually resulted in huge revenue upswing.

Apart from steering the board Mr. Chowhan ensures clear structure and effective running of board committees. He plays significant role in setting up group HR policies including management development and succession planning for senior executive team and approving the appointment and termination of employees in the team.
